# Using BetterFloat's New Search

# How to use the omnibox

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the BetterFloat Search">
    Click on your browser's search bar. Now type the `bf` prefix and press TAB.
    <Warning>Make sure to press TAB after typing the `bf` prefix, otherwise you will get the default search of your browser.</Warning>
  </Step>

  <Step title="Type the market and item name">
    Search for an item by typing `<market> <item>` in the omnibox.
    <Info>Example: `csfloat dragon lore`</Info>
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select an item">
    You will get a list of items that match your search. Either select an item by clicking on it or use your arrow keys to navigate through the list.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open the item">
    Once you have selected an item, press ENTER. This will redirect you to the item's page on the market.
